Preparation

How many of us have sat through an hour of PowerPoint to bring a new consultant up to speed? We believe everyone's time is valuable so we show up prepared and hit the ground running. We do this with training too; customizing materials to reflect the environment and specific goals of each client.

Engagement

Most of the time clients want us to "help them think better together" and to build alignment around a solution and plan. Or to create an environment for Continuous Improvement. Other times they want an unbiased assessment of a strategy or challenge. In all cases we engage as deeply as needed, understanding easy answers are often of little value.

Humility

Just because we've done similar work somewhere else doesn't mean we know every organization's issues and solutions. As it turns out, every place really is different.

Dialog

Dialog is more than discussion; it's the creation of shared meaning. Dialog leads to trust, and trust to performance.

Value

Much of our work is "repeat" business as we deliver value in multiples of our price. We plan to keep it that way.
